Spacious rooms and welcoming staff made us feel at home during our Christmas stay. The location amidst the green mountains and forests was breathtaking, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature walks. The indoor pool and kids playground added a fun touch to our holiday.
The facilities were a bit outdated which was a downside but didn't detract from a generally comfortable stay. The breakfast could have offered more vegan options but we managed just fine with what was available.

The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the forest. The included breakfast and lunch were excellent. The spa facilities offered great treatments and the staff were friendly and bilingual. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the forest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke both Russian and English fluently. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool and spa. Super tidy and well-maintained.
